At Moga-Hairluxé, we take pride in providing premium quality wigs. Due to the nature of our products and for hygiene and safety reasons, all sales are final.

No Returns

We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges on any wigs, hair extensions, closures, frontals, or related hair products once they have been purchased and delivered.

Order Verification

Customers are responsible for reviewing all product details, including hair type, length, color, density, cap size, and specifications before placing an order. Please ensure all information is correct before completing your purchase.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged item or an incorrect product, you must notify us within 48 hours of receiving your order. Please provide clear photographs and your order number so that we can investigate and resolve the matter.

Cancellation Policy

Orders may only be cancelled before processing begins. Once an order has been processed, customized, or shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
